Setting standards for the quality of the performance scale school Aariyadah from the viewpoint of supervisors (specialists and technicians) in the districts of Baghdad breeding

To achieve excellence in the quality of performance in school sports administration, which has suffered a lot of problems and constraints on the administrative system, supervision and education level as well as the regulatory environment and available resources available and contribute to the provision of some processors and overcome difficulties to participate in the formation of the individual good of itself and society through sports activities. Hence the importance came this study to create a reference to the quality of the performance criteria school sports from the perspective of supervisors (specialists and technicians) in the districts of breeding Baghdad, to be of help to all those involved in school sports and maintaining an exceptional level of school sport to overcome the obstacles and difficulties faced by the administrative side and physical and cadre work as a whole with minimal effort and time and are distinct within the overall quality standards, sample research consisting of (120) supervisor by (89) supervisor jurisdiction and (39) a technical supervisor, representing (6) directorates of Mjmta original (154) supervisor, and after areas that have been identified scale and choose paragraphs and arable areas of the scale of (49) items distributed to (5) areas. After obtaining the results processed statistically the researcher to the quality of the performance scale school sports from the perspective of the administrators (professionals and technicians) in the districts of breeding Baghdad, and the factors are (field priorities and supporting activities to improve the quality of the performance of physical education lesson, / and the field of scientific research, and / culture and awareness of the school administration, / and the area of responsibility, and / field of quality performance of a teacher of physical education, and / field of sports administration), the five areas of the scale is the touchstone bjective of being more realistic when the calendar to the quality of the performance from the viewpoint of the administrators school sports process (specialists and technicians) in Educational directorates Baghdad.

Digital Data Encryption Using a Proposed W-Method Based on AES and DES Algorithms

This paper proposes a new encryption method. It combines two cipher algorithms, i.e., DES and AES, to generate hybrid keys. This combination strengthens the proposed W-method by generating high randomized keys. Two points can represent the reliability of any encryption technique. Firstly, is the key generation; therefore, our approach merges 64 bits of DES with 64 bits of AES to produce 128 bits as a root key for all remaining keys that are 15.
