Arabs knew the art of diction and elocution as part of their life in peace and war and in lamentation, satire, narration and description, as they were distinguished by influential and meaningful speeches in war and battle times, and the most prominent topics of the pre-Islamic rhetoric were pride, enthusiasm, bravery and other meanings related to heroism and call for war. It was not a long time when Arabs paid more attention to this great phonetic phenomenon, as they see that it elevates the status of the word and shows its meanings and significances. The Atmospheric Infrared Sounder (AIRS) on EOS/Aqua satellite provides diverse measurements of Methane (CH₄) distribution at different pressure levels in the Earth's atmosphere. The focus of this research is to analyze the vertical variations of (CH₄) volume mixing ratio (VMR) time-series data at four Standard pressure levels SPL (925, 850, 600, and 300 hPa) in the troposphere above six cities in Iraq from January 2003 to September 2016. Magnesium oxide nanoparticles were synthesized via a co-precipitation procedure. Comprehensive characterization included infrared fluorescence, X-ray scattering spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, as well as X-ray diffraction and atomic force microscopy. Surface properties were analyzed using Langmuir, Brunauer -Emmett-Teller, Barrett–Joyner–Halenda, t-plot techniques, and the N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms methods to determine surface area and pore structure. An approach for hiding information has been proposed for securing information using Slanlet transform and the T-codes. Same as the wavelet transform the Slantlet transform is better in compression signal and good time localization signal compression than the conventional transforms like (DCT) discrete cosine transforms.
