The aim of this research is to find out the impact of cognitive incompatibility schemes on the development of creative thinking skills among first grade students.
To prove the objective of the research, the researcher put the following hypothesis:
There is no statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the average score of the experimental group who study the history of ancient civilizations according to the patterns of cognitive conflict and the average grades of the control group students who study the same subject in the usual way in the test of post-creative thinking skill

Chapter One – introduction

Nations managed today to achieve progress in the field of modern technology. Science has changed many beliefs and trendiness that people have held for long time, skills and scientific thinking developed, and made scientific observation  and experiment replace narration and taking from others. That is attributed to examining  the educational systems searching for the locations of defect, and shortage.

The study seeks to investigate the effect of Dunn Dunn learning style model on students’ achievement. اجري هذا البحث للتعرف على "اثر استخدام طريقة الاكتشاف في تحصيل تلميذات الصف السادس الابتدائي وتنمية المهارات الاجتماعية لديهن في مادة التاريخ" ،واقتصرت عينة البحث الحالي على تلميذات الصف السادس الابتدائي في مدرسة زيد بن ثابت  للبنات في مدينة الموصل حيث تكونت عينة البحث من (60)تلميذة  تم توزيعهم بشكل متساو الى مجموعتين احداهما تجريبية تدرس باستخدام طريقة الاكتشاف وعددها (30) تلميذة  في حين درست المجموع

وللتحقق  من هدف البحث  صيغت الفرضية الصفرية الاتية:

• لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى (0.05 ) بين متوسط درجات طالبات المجموعة التجريبية التي درست وفقا لاستراتيجية (تنال القمر ) ومتوسط درجات طالبات المجموعة الضابطة التي درست على وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية في مقياس مهارات ما وراء المعرفة .

ولأجل التحقق من صحة هذه الفرضية اجرت الباحثة  تجربة استغرقت الفصل الدراسي
