The reason for applying the project is for the development of some physiological variables and skill performance using a device for the first time applied in Iraq to a sample of badminton players, and this device has a patent on 7/2/2019. An experimental method is used for a sample of (12) players from (Al-Orthodoxy club). The experimental group is applied the proposal technique, while, the control group is instructed by the coach.The results of the research attribute to the role of the proposal exercises of fit light technology, thus, this technology has increased the attention and focusing of the sample and some physiological variables and smash shot skill. It has been concluded that the exercises using fit light technology is helped to improve their anaerobic abilities, also the exercises some physiological indicators. Furthermore, the exercises are helped to reduce the heart rate before and after the tension of the sample.
An analytical and clinical study has been applied for measure the bioavailability of Zinc in serum of twenty adults healthy volunteers, using flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer (FAAS) at 213.9 nm. The calibration graph is linear in the ranges of 0.25-1.5 μg.mL-1 with correlation coefficient (R) 0.09996)μg.mL1-and molar absorpitivites 22957.76(L.mol1-cm-1.The concentration of Zinc determined in serum of all volunteers before and after administered orally a tablet of 50 mg zinc sulphate, produced by Samara drugs company (SDI). A series of experiments were conducted for the first time in Iraq to evaluate the efficiency of five plant leaves extracts (Ibicella lutea, Nerium oleander, Clerodendron inerme, Allium cepa and Eucalyptus spp.) in treating the common carp (Cyprinus carpio) infected with monogenetic trematodes of genera Dactylogyrus. Five different concentrations of such extracts were used to bathe fishes for 5,10,15,20 and 25 minutes. A concentration of 15% A. cepa for 25 minutes of bath exposure was affective in trematode eradication. A simple, accurate, and cost-efficient UV-Visible spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determination of naphazoline nitrate (NPZ) in pure and pharmaceutical formulations. The suggested method was based on the nucleophilic substitution reaction of NPZ with 1,2-naphthoquinone-4-sulfonate sodium salt in alkaline medium at 80°C to form an orange/red-colored product of maximum absorption (λmax) at 483 nm.
