The research aims to improve the performance of the Directorate of Maysan water by reconciling the objectives of the employees of the directorate with the objectives of the Directorate itself, as well as to identify the strengths and weaknesses in the performance of the Directorate (Leadership - Individuals - Knowledge - Operations - Financial) and presented to experts and arbitrators of specialized, and the researchers have relied on the case study methodology as a descriptive approach is comprehensive analysis, and draws on more than one approach, method and scientific design, has been interviewed a number of experts in the Directorate Maysan's water Identify the weaknesses and strengths of the Directorate, the research has reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the Directorate of Maysan water has no awareness of the importance of the evaluation process and it lacks a system for evaluating its performance and that the evaluation programs that are conducted in the Directorate are limited to conducting a formative evaluation and the level of individual performance only The research came out with a number of recommendations, the most important of which should be the vision and mission of the Directorate clear and written to all employees in the Directorate, which requires to be awareness campaigns to do so, so that the objectives of employees linked to the objectives of the Directorate.
The present study aimed to identify the therapeutic evaluation of chitosan extracted from the fungus cushroom and pure chitosan on glucose and lipid profile in the blood of 35 male rabbits with hyperlipidemia induced experimentally by cholesterol. In this article, a new deterministic primality test for Mersenne primes is presented. It also includes a comparative study between well-known primality tests in order to identify the best test. Moreover, new modifications are suggested in order to eliminate pseudoprimes. The study covers random primes such as Mersenne primes and Proth primes. Finally, these tests are arranged from the best to the worst according to strength, speed, and effectiveness based on the results obtained through programs prepared and operated by Mathematica, and the results are presented through tables and graphs.

The main parameters and methods influencing the removal of Gentian Violet (GV) dye from aqueous media were investigated using a stachy plant in this study. The surface of the stachy plant was determined using FTIR spectra. Adsorption is influenced by the adsorbent's characteristic groups. The research took into account the usual conditions for GV dye adsorption by the stachy plant, such as the impact of contact time. Mass dosage , after 0.3 g the amount of adsorbed dye declines. avoided, considered inappropriate and loaded with affective meaning and failing to adhere to.

This research presents a statistical study of radiation generated from communication towers in the Nineveh Plain region Baghdeda. The intensity of radiation energy was measured at 10 meters away from the communication tower in different locations, using a (1PC XH-901 Dosimeter/ Personal Dose Alarm / Radiation Detector, dosage rate: 0.01 μSv/h to 150μSv/h) to measure the amount of radiation at various times.
