Summary of the researchThe style of playing in basketball, represented by the performance of complex movements as a result of the rapid movement and changing positions is one of the advantages of this game, which adds beauty and excitement to this game, so it was necessary for players to use forms of mobility and complex skills mixed with precision and speed, In the attack to overcome the difficult positions defenders are trying to impose on the attacking team.Complex offensive skills in basketball are difficult skills that a player can not easily perform so they need to be specially trained to handle those situations so that the player can use them in difficult situations.The research community represented a sample of Baghdad players for the basketball teams and for the sports season (2017-2018) for the ages of (16) years of (70) players, and they were deliberately chosen to be all players from the city of Baghdad. After obtaining the results and processing them statistically, Conclusions: 1. Test procedures for complex offensive skills for young people under 16 years of age have been standardized. 2. Standards (standard reference) were determined for the results of the composite offensive skills test.

One of the important things provided by fuzzy model is to identify the membership functions. In the fuzzy reliability applications with failure functions of the kind who cares that deals with positive variables .There are many types of membership functions studied by many researchers, including triangular membership function, trapezoidal membership function and bell-shaped membership function. In I research we used beta function. Based on this paper study classical method to obtain estimation fuzzy reliability function for both series and parallel systems.
The statistical distributions study aimed to obtain on best descriptions of variable sets phenomena, which each of them got one behavior of that distributions . The estimation operations study for that distributions considered of important things which could n't canceled in variable behavior study, as result this research came as trial for reaching to best method for information distribution estimation which is generalized linear failure rate distribution, throughout studying the theoretical sides by depending on statistical posteriori methods like greatest ability, minimum squares method and Mixing method (suggested method).

The cross section evaluation for (α,n) reaction was calculated according to the available International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and other experimental published data . These cross section are the most recent data , while the well known international libraries like ENDF , JENDL , JEFF , etc. We considered an energy range from threshold to 25 MeV in interval (1 MeV). Histidine was determined via measurement of total luminescence (i:e creation of chemiluminescence and insitu irradiation of released light to an acceptor fluorophore molecule to initiate fluorescence from fluorescien molecule in flat – spiral micro cell designed for this measurement . The single-particle wave functions of harmonic-oscillator (HO) potential are used with the oscillator parameters b.
