ABSTRACT— In primary teeth, root canal treatment is a time consuming and challenging procedure, particularly during the most important step in endodontic treatment which is the preparation of the canal. Pulpectomy is the treatment of choice in all the necrotic primary teeth. For better treatment protocol, advancing technology brought the rotary system to reduce the manual dexterity and improve the quality of treatment for pulpectomy. This study aimed to compare and assess the efficacy of cleaning and the time required for the instrumentation during the preparation of root canals of the primary molars using the rotary and the manual (conventional) systems. Thirty root canals of primary teeth were selected. These teeth submitted to access opening and then all the canals injected with Indian ink. Then, 48 hours later, the teeth were randomly classified into two groups: group A (n=fifteen tooth): where the manual preparation of the root canals was done by stainless steel K- files, while group B (n= fifteen tooth): consisted of the root canals that prepared with rotary two shape system. The total instrumentation time was measured using a digital stopwatch. After that, a disk bur was used to section the roots. Then, a digital camera was used to photograph the specimens to evaluate the root canal cleaning. The cleaning efficacy was compared at the coronal, middle and apical level. In the coronal third, rotary two shape system showed more removal to the ink than the K-file with statistical significant difference (p <0.05), however, for the middle third of the canal, no statistical difference was found between the two systems (p=0.05). While at the apical level, K-file showed more removal to the ink than the rotary two shape system and with statistical significant difference (p <0.05). Evaluation of the total samples revealed no statistical significant difference concerning the efficacy of cleaning between K-files and rotary two shape system files. The group that was rotary prepared took less time for the canal preparation as compared to the manual group (80.063 sec., 144.576 sec. respectively). No significant difference was found between the two systems concerning the cleaning efficacy. Instrumentation done by the rotary system took significantly less time than that of the manual. The corresponding acetonitrile thioalkyl (7) was cyclized by refluxing with acetic acid to afford 4-(((6-amino-7H-[1, 2, 4] triazolo [3, 4-b][1, 3, 4] thiadiazin-3-yl) methoxy) methyl)-2, 6-dimethoxyphenol (8). Two new series of 4-(((6-(3-(4-aryl) thioureido)-7H-[1, 2, 4] triazolo [3, 4-b][1, 3, 4] thiadiazin-3-yl) methoxy) methyl)-2, 6-dimethoxyphenol (9a-c) and of 4-(((6-(substitutedbenzamido) 7H-[1, 2, 4] triazolo [3, 4-b][1, 3, 4] thiadiazin-3-yl) methoxy) methyl)-2, 6-dimethoxyphenol (10a-c) were synthesized as new derivatives for fused 1, 2, 4-trizaole-thiadiazine (8). This study has been conducted to determine the lifetime, fertility and life table parameters of C. maculatus by using an alkaloids extract from Moringa oleifera leaves at different concentrations 1000, 2000, and 3000 ppm. The result was shown that the lowest survival rate was 49% at a concentration of 1000, 2000 ppm, as compared with the control which was 77%. The lowest reproductive rate (Ro) was 4.76 female/female/generation at the concentration of 1000 ppm, c

This study from 1999 to 2021 and in two different seasons: the April of the growing season and August the dry season. When using the supervised classification method to determine the differences, the results showed remarkable changes, the study showed the spatial variations in LC from 1999 to 2021 as follows: increase in the vegetation and water bodies during April and decrease this in August while the soil and built up decreas

Emphasized the mathematical compartment models using fractional derivative (Caputo model) approach to investigate the change in sustained drug concentration in different compartments of the human body system through the oral route or the intravenous route. Law of mass action, first-order kinetics, and Fick's perfusion principle were used to develop mathematical compartment models representing sustained drug diffusion throughout the human body. To adequately predict the sustained drug diffusion into various compartments of the human body, consider fractional derivative (Caputo model) to investiga
