In this paper, we introduce a class of operators on a Hilbert space namely quasi-posinormal operators that contain properly the classes of normal operator, hyponormal operators, M–hyponormal operators, dominant operators and posinormal operators . We study some basic properties of these operators .Also we are looking at the relationship between invertibility operator and quasi-posinormal operator .

Methodology: descriptive cross-sectional study design executed at the ICU in the city hospitals of AL- for the time of 13^th October/ 2021 to 7^th April /2022. Questionnaire filled by 75 nurses who work in ICU who had chosen by non-probability (purposive) selection collected the data. The current research aims to identify the time-management skills based on the post-test of the experimental group as well as to examine the effect of a training program on developing the skills of managing time among the study sample. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher designed a scale of time management skill included (30) paragraphs. The research reached that the training program is significantly effective in managing and organizing time. There are statistically significant differences in pre-posttest between the experimental and control groups.
