A sense of job security for divorced female teachers is one of the basic and very important requirements for enjoying the mental health that a person needs in order to be positive, balanced and productive. job security is one of the important things that workers must feel not only to ensure interaction and harmony between them and officials, but to ensure their satisfaction and increasing their motivation towards work, as job security is one of the most important indicators of job satisfaction and optimism in life, and it leads to the experience of psychological reassurance, which affects the building of individuals' personalities, the development of their intellectual competence and the identification of their psychological characteristics, which prompted the researcher to study these psychological variables and their impact on this sample. therefore, the current research aims to identify psychological security and its relationship to psychological tranquility among divorced female teachers in the province of Baghdad. psychological security and psychological reassurance among a sample of divorced female teachers. to achieve the goal of the study, the descriptive correlative approach was used. the psychological security questionnaire and the self-confidence scale were used, which were distributed to a sample of (100) female teachers, and the validity and reliability of the two tools were verified using appropriate statistical methods. the results of the research indicated that the level of job security for divorced female teachers was high, and the results indicated a high degree of psychological tranquility for divorced female teachers. the level of significance is (0.05), and the researcher has identified a set of recommendations and suggestions in the light of the results of the current research.

The current research aims to identify psychological resilience among middle school students. a sample of (300) male and female students was chosen from Al- Azmaa Intermediate School for Boys and Ohran Intermediate School for Girls, It is affiliated with the second Rusafa Education Directorate in Baghdad Governorate. To achieve the research objective, the researcher adopted a scale of Luthar & Cicchetti (2000) to measure psychological resilience. The results showed that middle school students have psychological resilience. There is no significant difference in psychological resilience between males and females.
