Safety programmes are considered one of the means to protect workers from different accidents and injuries and also to protect all assets including machines equipment and various materials. In spite of world state interests in occupational safety, this subject didn't get the required attention by senior staff of management at most of our country construction factories and the application of safety programmes still limited and in active. In order to a achieve the goal of the study, scientific method has been pursued to obtain the necessary information related to this study through tours to related companies and their construction factories and review literature that deal with occupational safety subject and their programmes and cost, in a addition to the scientific study , that included personal interview and studying the actual occupational safety situation in the construction factories .

Near-ideal p-CdS/n-Si heterojunction band edge lineup has been investigated for the first time with aid of I-V and C-V measurements. The heterojunction was manufactured by deposition of CdS films prepared by chemical spray pyrolysis technique (CSP) on monocrystalline n-type silicon. The experimental data of the conduction band offset Ec and valence band offset Ec were compared with theoretical values. The band offset Ec=530meV and Ev=770meV obtained at 300K. The energy band diagram of p-CdS/n-Si HJ was constructed. C-V measurements depict that the junction was an abrupt type and the built-in voltage was determined from C-2-V plot
Groundwater is an important source of fresh water especially in countries having a decrease in or no surface water; therefore itis essential to assess the quality of groundwater and find the possibility of its use in different purposes (domestic; agricultural; animal; and other purposes). In this paper samples from 66 wells lying in different places in Baghdad city were used to determine 13 water parameters, to find the quality of groundwater and evaluate the possibility of using it for human, animal and irrigation by calculating WQI, SAR, RSC and Na% and TDS indicators. Genotypic detection of some Antibiotics Resistant genes by using polymerase chain reaction (PCR). (20) Isolates of Acinetobacter baumannii that showed resistance to (Ceftaxim, Cefotaxim, Cefepim and Imipenim) were selected. The results showed that 20 isolates of A. baumannii possess the bla-OXA23 like gene, and that all isolates possess this gene with a percentage (100%). With molecular weight 605 bp. The current study showed that A. baumannii isolates carry 100% bla-OXA51like gene when studied with (20) isolates that are resistant to antibiotics (Imipenim Ceftazidime, Cifepime, Cifexime) that belong to this group of β-lactame with molecular weight 382 bp.
