The aim of this paper is to introduce and study a new kind of graphs associated to an ideal of a commutative ring. Let â„› be a commutative ring with identity, and I(â„›) be the set of all non-trivial ideals of â„› with S I(â„›). The sum ideal graph associated to S, denoted by       Î¨(â„›, S), is the undirected graph with vertex set {A I(â„›): S⊂A+B, for some B I(â„›)} where two ideal vertices A and B are adjacent if and only if A B and S⊂A+B. Liposomal amphotericin B (Amph B) has been used effectively to treat leishmaniosis, in spite of its high toxicity appeared in some patients. In our study, Amph B was administered in Leishmania donovani that infected BALB/c male mice using different concentrations to evaluate its efficacy challenge against infection as well as its effect in modulating immunity of the host. We observed that low doses with short duration of Amph B as a therapy regime significantly enhanced the induction of Th1 cytokine (INF-γ), but suppressed Th2 cytokine (IL-10) production.     The use of varied quantities of orphenadrine to protect stainless steel against corrosion in an acidic media at 298 K has been investigated. It was observed that when the drug's concentration is increased, the drug's speed of corrosion lowers. The data of inhibition efficiency (percent IE) in the presence of orphenadrine drug and corrosion resistance showed that the highest protection efficiency was achieved with the best concentration, and that the corrosion rate decreased with increasing orphenadrine drug concentrations, making it a good inhibitor for stainless steel in an acidic environment.
