A Ligand (ECA) methyl 2-((1-cyano-2-ethoxy-2-oxoethyl)diazenyl)benzoate with metals of (Co²⁺, Ni²⁺, Cu²⁺) were prepared and characterization using H-NMR, atomic absorption spectroscopy, ultra violet (UV) visible, magnetic moments measurements, bioactivity, and Molar conductivity measurements in soluble ethanol. Complexes have been prepared using a general formula which was suggested as [M (ECA)₂] Cl₂, where M = (Cobalt(II), Nickel(II) and Copper(II), the geometry shape of the complexes is octahedral.

The main problem established by a discovery of a thyroid nodule is to discriminate between a benign and malignant lesion. Differential diagnosis between follicular thyroid cancer (FTC) and benign follicular thyroid adenoma (FTA) is a great challenge for even an experienced pathologist and requires special effort. A developing number of some encouraging IHC markers for the differential diagnosis of thyroid lesions have emerged, including, Hector Battifora mesothelial (HBME-1) and galectin-3 (Gal-3). In this study, multi-objective optimization of nanofluid aluminum oxide in a mixture of water and ethylene glycol (40:60) is studied. In order to reduce viscosity and increase thermal conductivity of nanofluids, NSGA-II algorithm is used to alter the temperature and volume fraction of nanoparticles. Neural network modeling of experimental data is used to obtain the values of viscosity and thermal conductivity on temperature and volume fraction of nanoparticles. Thiazoles are heterocyclic nitrogenous compounds, which were given a great attention due to their antibacterial effect, antihypertensive, stimulating glucose absorption (like antibiotics), acts as cytoprotective agent. The present work is conducted to evaluate the degree of antibacterial activity on the growth activity of Escherichia Coli (E.Coli) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa (P. aeruginosa) by incubation with 2-methyl-4-(3,4 dihydroxy phenyl)-Thiazole compound (MDHPT). Optical density (O.B) was measured by turbidmetric method, any increase in O.D would represent the increase in the bacterial growth .The results showed that there was a 75.7 % inhibition when using 190.4 g/ml (MDHPT) solution and 64.3% was obtained when using concentr
