The researchers believe the problem of searching the scarcity or limited tests of time kinetic response led to scarcity or limited availability of experimental research in exercises codified within the training curriculum for the junior class, and therefore has been weakening this physical variable as an important episode in the development of the players physical capacities as well as the lack of measure for this variable within the defensive skills in general and the skill of the player movement defender in particular, and it represents the goal of research in the treatment of the above through the construction and rationing test to measure the kinetic response to the movement of the player defender basketball junior time. Chosen as the research community of specialized school to the National Center for the care of sports talent for basketball in Baghdad and the sports season (2014-2015m) for ages without (16 years) totaling (30) for the player who scored first place in the qualifying Baghdad as well as it was derived (100) value on the basis of data generation from the parent community, and after getting the results statistically treated, the researchers reached two conclusions are: the test motor response to the movement of the player defender time has been applied for the first time in the Iraqi environment, which qualifies it as well as the rest of the tests for the selection of the squad Iraq for the junior class in the Iraqi Union basketball, and legalize the results to standard setting (standard reference) to be a litmus test later utilized in the calendar or comparison. The recommendations of the research focused on the adoption of the test motor response to the movement of the player at the time of the defender Calendar ongoing process, and the use of standards for research as a standard reference when the selection process.

The isolates were identified by the Vitek 2 system. Fourier-transform spectroscopy (FT-IR) tested the potential of these isolates to biodegrade the diesel according to the peak areas, a significant decrease in the area of the peaks at 2856-2928 cm−1 corresponds to aliphatic hydrocarbons. The research aimed at identifying the values of ball launch and ring entrance angle and relations among them as well as identifying the contribution of ball launch and angle variables in 3 point jump in basketball. The problem of the research lies in special motor abilities training programs like the balance that positively affect coordination between the nervous system and muscles. These training programs did not get enough attention from athletes especially young athletes; their training was restricted to physical abilities like strength, speed, and endurance instead. The research aimed at designing an apparatus for developing athletes’ balance in national centers for gifted/ ministry of youth and sport so as to provide a measurement for coached in this field. The results showed that the designed apparatus have a positive effect on developing the subjects’ balance in boxing and basketball athletes.

The research aims to study the effect of the commodity dumping phenomenon that Iraq suffered after 2003 on the consumption pattern of individuals, towards the acquisition of non-essential goods (luxury). To achieve our goal we relied on the questionnaire as a main tool for obtaining information related to the research, and it was distributed on a random sample of consumers in the city of Baghdad with 250 questionnaires.
