    The leading purpose of this work is the development of efficient culture conditions to induce calli from cabbage (Brassica oleracea var. capitata L.) under in vitro conditions. The mature seeds were surface sterilized with combinations of different concentrations of ethanol and NaOCl in different time durations and  were germinated on MS basal medium. The results revealed that the best sterilization method of cabbage seeds was by using 70% ethanol for one minute, followed by 15 min in 2% (NaOCl). Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease that is closely related to the oxidative stress state of the body. The current study focused on some immunological indicators directly related to inflammation (Procalcitonin, and lysozyme) with the aim of investigating their potential as a prognostic factor for psoriasis. This study included 150 samples, including 90 patients with psoriasis and 40 people who appeared to be healthy, and was conducted from November 2021 to April 2022. First Section deals with identifying repeated translation from both linguistic and terminological sides . Section two display the reasons and factors that stand behind this phenomenon while section three sheds light on the positive and negative sides of the phenomenon understudy and in  the last section , the researcher sets several recommendations which lead to prevent the widespread of repeated translation phenomenon .
