In this paper, a numerical model for fluid-structure interaction (FSI) analysis is developed for investigating the aeroelastic response of a single wind turbine blade. The Blade Element Momentum (BEM) theory was adopted to calculate the aerodynamic forces considering the effects of wind shear and tower shadow. The wind turbine blade was modeled as a rotating cantilever beam discretized using Finite Element Method (FEM) to analyze the deformation and vibration of the blade. This study aimed to examine the effects of electronic training to improve the skills of designing electronic courses for teachers of Arabic language in the colleges of education in Iraq. The descriptive approach is applied and the sample included 145 teachers of Arabic who were selected randomly from the colleges of education in Iraq. We investigate the proton irradiation to produce the standard radionuclide (15O, 11C,1 3N, 18F) and some non-standard Radionuclide (76Br,124I,60Cu,66Ga,86Y and 89Zr). The total integral yield based on the main published and approved experimental results of excitation functions were calculated.
