A mathematical model of human blood flow through arterial branches was studied and calculated using the Navier-Stokes partial differential equation with finite element analysis (FEA) approach. Balloon pulmonary valvuloplasty is a safe and effective method in reduction of moderate to severe valvular pulmonary stenosis. This retrospective study done in Hawler surgical specialty cardiac center on pediatric patients who had pulmonary valve stenosis (with echocardiographic peak gradient 2:50mmHg) and treated by balloon pulmonary valvuloplasty. The purpose of this study was to measure serum levels of insulin-like growth factor-binding protein (IGFBP7), Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 (IGF-1), Growth Hormone (GH), Interleukin 6 (IL-6) and insulin in acromegaly patients and healthy controls. The acromegaly group had 60 patients, while the population group had 30 people who had never had acromegaly before. The concentration of IGFBP7, IGF-1, GH, IL-6, and insulin were determined. proliferation and mediates T cell apoptosis. The contribution of CTLA-4 gene
variants to type 1 diabetes has been analyzed in several ethnic groups. In this study,
the association of CTLA-4 +49 A/G polymorphism with type 1 diabetes was
investigated in Egyptian patients. Sixty type 1 diabetic patients (25 males and 35
females) and 60 healthy individuals (33 males and 27 females) subjects formed the
studied populations. CTLA-4 A/G polymorphism at position 49 in exon 1 was
identified using allele specific methods. Patient numbers with A/G, A/A and G/G
