يعتبر الدستور القانون الأسمى في الدولة، فهو يبين شكل الدولة ونظام الحكم القائم فيها، ويحدد سلطاتها العامة وعلاقة بعضها بالبعض الآخر من جهة وعلاقتها بالأفراد من جهة أخرى ، وهذا ما نص عليه المشرع الدستوري العراقي وفق دستور (2005). إلا أن إحدى السلطات العامة في الدولة في بعض الأحيان قد تلجأ إلى إيقاف العمل ببعض نصوص الدستور دون الإستناد إلى نص دستوري يعطيها صلاحية القيام بهذا العمل وهذا ما إصطلح على تسميته

The probability is considered one of the grammatical cases in all languages of the world. Expressions of probability in Spanish language are expressed by various structures, expressions and some verb tenses. By this study explains the grammatical cases, the verbal periphrases, the impersonal expressions, the future tenses (simple and perfect) and the conditional mode of probability in Spanish language .We have explains these cases in detail with examples that have extracted from various spanish grammar books .The specific objective of this study is to know the resources and constructions of probability in Spanish language and their translation in Arabic language.

    من أهم مسائل الطلاق التي كثر حولها الخلاف: (الحلف بالطلاق وتعليقه بشرط )، لذا عمدت في هذه الصفحات اليسيرة ان اتناول بالبحث والدّراسة مسألة تُعَدُّ من المعضلات، وهي (ما يترتّب على الحلف بالطَّلاق إذا حنث الحالف). وقد فشا وكَثُرَ في الأزمنة المتأخرة الحلف بالطَّلاق في المجتمعات المسلمة، مما دفعني للكتابة فيه ببحث وسميته :

The study has tackled three important variables on the strategic and organizational level, that are : (Administrative skill, strategic Entrepreneurship  and organizational flexibility). Through the statistical analysis is, the research hers have sought to identify the relation among them. The study has been applied on a sample of (44) private banks in Iraq. A questionnaire, which has been designed according to a number of international standards, has been used. It's made of (29) items that cover the three variables to test their hypotheses. مصطلح اهل الحديث من المصطلحات التى طرأ عليها التغيير في المعنى في فترة من الزمن ، اذ تطور من مصطلح كان يستخدم لوصف من كانوا يشتغلون بعلم الحديث ، الى مصطلح فكري ضم معنى جديدا لمعناه القديم، حيث شمل وصفا لمجموعة من العلماء و اتباعهم ممن كان لهم منظور خاص للنصوص و بالاخص النصوص المتشابهة.

لا زال انضمام العراق الى WTO  مثار جدل لما يترتب على هذا الانضمام من اثار كبيرة وخطيرة على الاقتصاد العراقي الذي لا يزال يعيش ظروف صعبة ناتجة عن تدمير قدراته وبناه التحتية اثر الحروب والحصار والتي امتدت لحوالي ثلاثة عقود .

العراق يحتاج الى فرصة اعادة تنظيم  قدراته وامكاناته سواء في القطاع الصناعي او القطاع الزراعي وان الاخير يمثل حالة تتطلب منها منح العراق افضليات تدع
