Preparation and in-Vitro Evaluation of Mucoadhesive Clotrimazole Vaginal Hydrogel
Clotrimazole (CLO) is an antimycotic imidazole derivative applied locally for the treatment of vaginal yeast infections. In this study, CLO was formulated as vaginal mucoadhesive hydrogel, using different types of mucoadhesive polymers to ensure prolonged contact between active ingredient and vaginal mucosa.
Physicochemical properties of the prepared formulas were evaluated as a visual inspection, pH, swelling index, spreadability, and mucoadhesive characteristics, in addition to an in-vitro drug release. This article publishes seven cuneiform tablets in the collection of the Iraq Museum Baghdad. Six of the tablets have an Irisagrig/Al Sarraki provenance, the seventh is of uncertain origin. They are dated to the reigns of Amar-Suen (AS) and Ibbi-Suen (IS) of the Ur III Dynasty. The texts represent administrative texts of the governing institutions and account for economic activities including the assignment of female workers for wool plucking, the remuneration of canal work with barley and the selection of wool for textiles. Three tablets record offerings in respect of cultic observances, two of which describe the disbursement of foodstuffs for the king's monthly 83-63 offerings to the new moon.

Oral carcinoma is the 6th most common cancer in the world. MicroRNAs are small non-coding single stranded RNAs. They have been shown to be capable of altering mRNA expression; thus some are oncogenic or tumor suppressive in nature. The salivary microRNA-31 has been proposed as a sensitive marker for oral malignancy since it was abundant in saliva more than in plasma. A total of 55 whole saliva samples were collected from 35 cases diagnosed with OC their ages and gender matched with 20 healthy subjects. TaqManq RT-PCR was performed for RNA samples. Frankenstein Complex in Daniel H. Wilson's Robopocalypse ( ): Artificial Intelligence Conspiracies
With the advent of technology
the fear of losing control has consistently
accompanied humanity. While humans have discovered
invented
and
created many remarkable things
they have also been haunted by the
possibility of their creations turning against them. This fear
often referred to
as the Frankenstein Complex
derives its name from Mary Shelley's
Frankenstein ()
in which Dr. Frankenstein's creation ultimately destroys
its maker. The Frankenstein Complex embodies the subconscious fear of
artificial intelligence (AI) surpassing and potentially dominating humankind.
This apprehension has inspired numerous literary works
including Daniel H.
Wilson’s novels. The present study examines the widespread fear of AI
which has fueled conspiracy theories in literature. These theories have not
only amplified public anxiety but also hindered understanding among those
with limited knowledge of AI and robotics. Dr. Wilson
a robotics expert
uses
his imagination as a driving force for both his writing and his inventions. The
research focuses on incidents leading to the rise of robots
the concept of the
New War
how it was fought
and how it concluded. By comparing
contrasting
and analyzing literary elements and devices with prominent
conspiracy theories
the study highlights the interplay between fiction and
scientific development. The researchers conclude that while many conspiracy
theories contain elements of truth
they often inspire scientists to explore them
further. Additionally
some conspiracy theories warrant serious
consideration. The study recommends acknowledging the Frankenstein
Complex while maintaining faith in the potential benefits of artificial
intelligence.

The wall of the esophagus in Mabuya aurata septemaeniata as in high vertebrates consists of four layers, mucosa, submucosa,muscularis and serosa. Mucosa forms many unorganized short and long folds penetrate inside the esophageal cavity. Mucosa contains two sub layers, first one is lining epithelium which includes two types of cells, simple ciliated columnar epithelial cells and goblet cells, second one is lamina properia. Mucosa does not have muscularis mucosa. There is no esophageal glands within esophagus. Many special stains were used as (Periodic Acid Schiff (PAS)) to detect Carbohydrates in goblet cells.
