The problem of the research lies in choosing agility tests suitable to the test taker to observe the relative changes in some players. In addition to that, there are a lot of agility tests that lack special test models that coordinate gender and age. This means the youth basketball player on one hand and time and distance in applying the tests on the other. The importance of the research lies in designing agility tests for youth basketball players to achieve variations in tests a matter that will benefit coaches in their training. The subjects of the research were (30) youth basketball players from the specialized school of the National Center that sponsor gifted basketball players in Baghdad for the season 2014 – 2015. The data was collected and treated using proper statistical methods. The researchers concluded that agility tests were first applied in Iraqi environment thus they are qualified to be used along other tests in selecting basketball players. Finally the researchers recommended using agility tests in the continuous evaluation as well as using proper criteria as a reference during the selection process.
This article aims to explore the importance of estimating the a semiparametric regression function ,where we suggest a new estimator beside the other combined estimators and then we make a comparison among them by using simulation technique . Through the simulation results we find that the suggest estimator is the best with the first and second models ,wherealse for the third model we find Burman and Chaudhuri (B&C) is best.

The cytotoxic effect of catechol was examined in two human cancer cell lines, Epidermoid larynx carcinoma (Hep- 2), Cerebral glioblastoma multiforme (AMGM-5) and Murine mammary adenocarcinomacell (AMN3) treated with half concentrations of catechol (1000, 500, 250, 125, 62.5 and 32.25 μM) for 72 hr. The aim of this research is to estimate the parameters of the linear regression model with errors following ARFIMA model by using wavelet method depending on maximum likelihood and approaching general least square as well as ordinary least square. We use the estimators in practical application on real data, which were the monthly data of Inflation and Dollar exchange rate obtained from the (CSO) Central Statistical organization for the period from 1/2005 to 12/2015. The results proved that (WML) was the most reliable and efficient from the other estimators, also the results provide that the changing of fractional difference parameter (d) doesn’t effect on the results.
Road-side dust samples were collected during August in 2020 from selected areas of, Al-Rusafa, Baghdad, Iraq. A sedimentological and mineralogical analysis of street dust was conducted. Three areas were selected to study street dusts which are Al-Baladitat, Al-Obaidi and Ziona. The laboratory analyses were done in the Department of Geology, College of Science, University of Baghdad.
