Achieving goals effectively reflects the success of the institution. However, unless this indicator is coupled with efficiency when achieving goals, the institution will be equal in its achievements, and distinction will remain unachieved. Perhaps the role of the teaching staff in pushing the institution or college towards brilliance focuses on their ability to motivate people on the one hand and their interest in achieving brilliance for the institution. On the other hand, the importance of the research lies in the institution’s reaching a prominent position through the brilliance and creativity of teaching and achieving competition between institutions that make it more brilliance. The study seeks to achieve the goal of the reality of brilliance and reveal the organizational style of teaching in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / University of Baghdad through preparing a measure of organizational brilliance. For teachers.
As they are the smallest functional parts of the muscle, motor units (MUs) are considered as the basic building blocks of the neuromuscular system. Monitoring MU recruitment, de-recruitment, and firing rate (by either invasive or surface techniques) leads to the understanding of motor control strategies and of their pathological alterations. EMG signal decomposition is the process of identification and classification of individual motor unit action potentials (MUAPs) in the interference pattern detected with either intramuscular or surface electrodes. Signal processing techniques were used in EMG signal decomposition to understand fundamental and physiological issues. Many techniques have been developed to decompose intramuscularly detec

The very first goal, introduce and study the notions types of fibrewise topological spaces, namely fibrewise fuzzy j-topological spaces, Also, we introduce the concepts of fibrewise j-closed fuzzy topological spaces, fibrewise j-open fuzzy topological spaces, fibrewise locally sliceable fuzzy j-topological spaces and fibrewise locally sectionable fuzzy j-topological spaces. Furthermore, we state and prove several Theorems concerning these concepts, where j={δ,θ,α,p,s,b,β} The second goal is to introduce weak and strong forms of fibrewise fuzzy ω-topological spaces, namely the fibrewise fuz

Show MoreForms of knowledge with no direct link to survival—religious knowledge foremost among them—have long posed a challenge to evolutionary theory: the cost of belief in unseen deities is difficult to justify under natural selection, in the way that the cost of three-dimensional vision is not. This study locates the source of the difficulty in an epistemological assumption inherited from classical philosophy: that consciousness produces knowledge as a correspondence to reality, and therefore that some knowledge lies beyond the function of survival. Against this, it proposes the concept of "cartographic knowledge": consciousness is a multi-mechanism adaptive apparatus whose function is not to mirror reality but to draw a functional map of the

A thin layer of gold (Au) was deposited on a D-shaped Photonic Crystal Fiber (PCF), which was coated with plasmonic chemically stable gold material with a thickness of 40nm. The performance parameters like sensitivity including wavelength sensitivity and amplitude sensitivity and resolution were evaluated by simulation using COMSOL software. The proposed sensor was created by using the finite element approach, it is numerically examined. The results show that the surface of D-shaped Photonic Crystal Fiber coated with Au behaves as a sensor to detect the refractive index (IR) of toxic metal ions. The impacts of the str

Show MoreArabic text classification is a challenging task because of the complex morphology of the language, the existence of different writing forms and a multitude of dialects, which can result in sparser common text representations. While transformer models such as AraBERT have obtained superior results on many Arabic NLP tasks, their high computational requirements make them difficult to deploy in environments with limited hardware resources. In some cases this can also make the model less practical for researchers working with basic computer systems. This study focuses on a more practical issue: how much accuracy a simple classifier may lose when the amount of required computation is reduced. We use a combined TF-IDF representation based on bo

Show MoreIn this work we define and study new concept of fibrewise topological spaces, namely fibrewise soft topological spaces, Also, we introduce the concepts of fibrewise closed soft topological spaces, fibrewise open soft topological spaces, fibrewise soft near compact spaces and fibrewise locally soft near compact spaces.
The main idea of this research is to study fibrewise pairwise soft forms of the more important separation axioms of ordinary bitopology named fibrewise pairwise soft
The coefficient of performance of a window type Air-Conditioner system can be improved if a reduction in the work of compressor can be achieved by a suitable technique. The present study investigates the effect of dispersing a low concentration of TiO2 nanoparticles in the mineral oil based lubricant, as well as on the overall performance of a window type Air-Conditioner system using R22 as the working fluid. An enhancement in the COP of the refrigeration system has been observed and the existence of an optimum volume fraction noticed, with low concentrations of nanoparticles suspended in the mineral oil. Results showed that the average compressor work reduced by 13.3%, which ultimately resulted in an increase of 11.99% in the COP due to
