This paper shews how to estimate the parameter of generalized exponential Rayleigh (GER) distribution by three estimation methods. The first one is maximum likelihood estimator method the second one is moment employing estimation method (MEM), the third one is rank set sampling estimator method (RSSEM)The simulation technique is used for all these estimation methods to find the parameters for generalized exponential Rayleigh distribution. Finally using the mean squares error criterion to compare between these estimation methods to find which of these methods are best to the others
Abstract
Electrical magnate was designed and constructed, the optimum Magnetic flux and the effect of time on the physical properties of the alkaline (magnetic water) produced from the bottled drinking water [the total dissolved solids (TDS) or the electrical conductivity, and pH] were studied, to simulate ZamZam water in Mekka Saudi Arabia. Also, the efficiency of magnetic field from this designed electrical magnate in decreasing the TDS of sea water (of 1500 ppm NaCl Content), to convert it to water suitable for irrigation (TDS<1000 ppm) was investigated in this work. The results show that the magnetic flux from our designed electrical magnate in the range of (0.013- 0.08) Tesla and 30 minut
... Show MoreThe study aimed to determine of some Optimum conditions for bioremediation and removing of seven mineral elements included hexavalent chromium, nickel, cobalt, cadmium, lead, iron and copper as either alone or in group by living and heat treated cells of baker’s yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The dried baker's yeast from Aldnaamaya China Company was used in this study. Biochemical tests was used to ensure yeast belonging to S. cerevisiae and then used to remove the mentioned mineral elementes under different conditions which included incubation period, pH, and temperature. It was found that the best of these conditions was 60 minutes for duration of incubation, 6 for pH, 25 ᵒC for temperature. During the study the behavior of living

Show MoreThe present study was designed to investigate the effect of different concentrations of Maxxthor on some hematological and oxidative stress parameters in male albino rats.Twenty male rats with age of 6-8 weeks and weight of 200-250gm were equally divided into four groups as follow:G1 treated with normal saline as control group, while G2,G3andG4groups were treated with(0.01,0.1,1)mg\kg body weight of Maxxthor respectively for 40 days. The following hematological parameters were measured: red blood cell(RBC),hemoglobin (Hb),white blood cell(WBC), platelets(PLT),malondialdehyde(MDA),glutathione(GSH),catalase and vitamin E. The hematological parameters results revealed highly significant(p<0.01)decreasein RBC and H,while a highly significant(p<0.
... Show MoreAIM: The aim of this study was to measure the prevalence of myeloproliferative disorders in a sample of Iraqi patients and to measure the changes in patients’ blood parameters. BACKGROUND: Myeloproliferative disorders are a group of neoplasms affecting the bone marrow progenitor cells characterized by excess cells with a risk of transforming to acute leukemia. There is a gap in knowledge about the prevalence of Iraqi population. Thus, we investigated the prevalence and distribution of different types of myeloproliferative disorders in a sample of Iraqi patients. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Cross-sectional study is done at the National Center of Hematology from November 2019 till March 2020 on 75 patients who were diagnosed
... Show MoreIt is well known that drilling fluid is a key parameter for optimizing drilling operations, cleaning the hole, and managing the rig hydraulics and margins of surge and swab pressures. Although the experimental works represent valid and reliable results, they are expensive and time consuming. In contrast, continuous and regular determination of the rheological fluid properties can perform its essential functions during good construction. The aim of this study is to develop empirical models to estimate the drilling mud rheological properties of water-based fluids with less need for lab measurements. This study provides two predictive techniques, multiple regression analysis and artificial neural networks, to determine the rheological
... Show MoreThe estimation of the regular regression model requires several assumptions to be satisfied such as "linearity". One problem occurs by partitioning the regression curve into two (or more) parts and then joining them by threshold point(s). This situation is regarded as a linearity violation of regression. Therefore, the multiphase regression model is received increasing attention as an alternative approach which describes the changing of the behavior of the phenomenon through threshold point estimation. Maximum likelihood estimator "MLE" has been used in both model and threshold point estimations. However, MLE is not resistant against violations such as outliers' existence or in case of the heavy-tailed error distribution. The main goal of t
... Show MoreIn this paper, new concepts which are called: left derivations and generalized left derivations in nearrings have been defined. Furthermore, the commutativity of the 3-prime near-ring which involves some
algebraic identities on generalized left derivation has been studied.
R. Vasuki [1] proved fixed point theorems for expansive mappings in Menger spaces. R. Gujetiya and et al [2] presented an extension of the main result of Vasuki, for four expansive mappings in Menger space. In this article, an important lemma is given to prove that the iteration sequence is Cauchy under suitable condition in Menger probabilistic G-metric space (shortly, MPGM-space). And then, used to obtain three common fixed point theorems for expansive type mappings.

In this paper, we prove there exists a coupled fixed point for a set- valued contraction mapping defined on X× X , where X is incomplete ordered G-metric. Also, we prove the existence of a unique fixed point for single valued mapping with respect to implicit condition defined on a complete G- metric.
