Therefore, the researcher wanted to try to examine the efficiency of physical and your endurance through the development of training curriculum for training by using compound (weights + Blayomturk) to obtain the scientific data and realistic contribution to the enhancement of the effectiveness of the 100-meter run. The researcher used the experimental method on a sample of students in the first phase of the Faculty of Physical Education course during 2009-2010 m The number of sample subjects (24 students), were divided into two groups equal in number, the number of each (12) Student was homogeneity of the sample of the research in the background variables. The researcher concluded the training compound a positive role in the development of physical aptitude and endurance on the effectiveness of the 100-meter run for the students. Materials and methods: thirty simulated root canals were obturated with thermafil obturators and Apexit Plus sealer at three different insertion rates. The paper is concerned with, the behavior of the hydrostatic thrust bearings lubricated with liquid-solid lubricants using Einstein viscosity formula, and taking into account the centrifugal force resulting from high speed. Also studied is the effect of the bearing dimensions on the pressure, flow rate, load capacity, shear stress, power consumption and stiffness.
The theoretical results show an increase in load capacity by (8.3%) in the presence of solid graphite particles with concentration of (16%) by weight as compared with pure oil, with increasing shear stress. .
