Objective: To assess mothers' knowledge and practices concerning cholera and their relationship with some
sociodemographic characteristics of those mothers.
Methodology: A sample of (100) mother was selected through a convenience sample for the period of July First
through August 31 2007 '؛
. Data were collected through interview of mothers were visiting PHC centers by using
of constructed questionnaire developed by the researcher that contains (31) item. Reliability and Validity of the
tool were determined through pilot study. A descriptive and inferential statistical approaches were used for data
analysis.

The electrode in the microbial fuel cell has a significant effect on cell performance. The treatment of the electrode is a crucial step to make the electrode surface more habitable for bacteria growth, thus, increases the power production as well as waste treatment. In the current study, two graphite electrodes were treated by a microwave. The first electrode was treated with 100W microwave energy, while the second one was treated with 600W microwave energy. Methodology: A descriptive study was carried out at neonatal intensive care units OVICUs) of Baghdad
Pediatric Teaching Hospitals. It was started from the end of April to the end of October, 2008. A purposive
