حضيت القيادة باهتمام كبير من قبل الباحثين ودورها الإيجابي في التأثير على الموظفين ونجاح المنظمات، في الآونة الأخير بدأت الدراسات تركز على الجانب المظلم للقيادة وتأثيرها على التابعين وبيئة العمل، وقد تم تحديد القيادة السامة بأنها أخطر الأساليب القيادية التي تتسبب بتكاليف مادية ومعنوية على المنظمات بمختلف جوانبها، ان القيادة السامة تأثر على دوافع المرؤوسين وقدرتهم على انجاز المهام، ورغبتهم في الاستمرار في العمل، ويتبع القادة السامين أساليب الترهيب والاقصاء والتنمر والتهديد والتهميش للمرؤوسين، مما يؤثر سلبا على رفاهيتهم وصحتهم النفسية، لذا أصبح من الضروري على المنظمات وضع آليات مناسبة لمنع انتشار مثل هذه السلوكيات السامة المدمرة للفرد والمنظمة، وعلية يهدف البحث الحالي للتعرف على القيادة السامة من خلال مراجعة اهم ادبياتها، واستعراض أهم السلوكيات والصفات التي يتسم بها القائد السام، ومدى تأثيرها على الاتباع وبيئة المنظمة.

The main goal of this work is to put a simple model of the spectral energy distribution of binary stars called WW Cha. This model is built up on the extracted data from various telescopes and archives for the target WW Cha stars and then analyzing them using a python environment. technique on glass substrates under vacuum 10-5mbar. The thickness
of the films was 220nm. The as -deposited films were annealed to
different annealing temperatures (373, 423, and 473) K under
vacuum 10-3mbar for 1 h. The structural properties of the films were
examined using X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results show that no
clear diffraction peaks in the range 2θ= (20-50)o for the as deposited
films. On the other hand, by annealing the films to 423K in vacuum
for 1 h, a weak reflection peak attributable to cubic NiO was
detected. On heating the films at 473K for 1 h, this peak was
