This  research aimes to expose the levels of geometrical thinking among the students of mathematic department in Basic Education College at AL-Mustansiriyah University throughout their respondes on the test of  geometrical thinking which consists (50) multi- choice items  distributed on the first four levels of Van Hiele ( recognition – analysis – ordering – deduction ).

The validity and the reliability of the test have been investigated. Besides, the difficulty and its discrimination have been measured. The activity of the wrong variables has been measured.

The test has been applied on (180) male and female students of the first, second and third grades.

According to the prevalence of multidrug resistance bacteria, especially Pseudomonas aeruginosa, in which the essential mechanism of drug resistance is the ability to possess an efflux pump by which extrusion of antimicrobial agents usually occurs, this study aims to detect the presence of mexB multidrug efflux gene in some local isolates of this bacteria that show resistance towards three antibiotics, out of five. Sensitivity test to antibiotics was performed on all isolates by using meropenem (10μg/disc), imipenem (10μg/disc), amikacin (30 μg/disc), ciprofloxacin (5μg/disc) and ceftazidime (30 μg/disc). The current study aims to identify the predictability of burnout in perceived self-competence among mothers of students with disabilities in the Sultanate of Oman. The study sample consists of (484) respondents who were mothers of students with disabilities. The researcher developed a burnout Scale which consists of (19) items and a perceived self-competence Scale which consists of (20) items. A correlation descriptive design was used. The results showed that the level of burnout was low (Mean= 2.30), while the level of burnout was high (Mean= 3.87). Objective: To describe roles of palliative radiotherapy in controlling pain in metastatic cancerous patients, and evaluation of radio-therapy doses in pain management.
