The characterization of ZnO and ZnO:In thin films were confirmed by spray pyrolysis technique. The films were deposited onto glass substrate at a temperature of 450°C. Optical absorption measurements were also studied by UV-VIS technique in the wavelength range 300-900 nm which was used to calculate the optical constants. The changes in dispersion and Urbach parameters were investigated as a function of In content. The optical energy gap was decreased and the wide band tails were increased in width from 616 to 844 eV as the In content increased from 0wt.% to 3wt.%. The single–oscillator parameters were determined also the change in dispersion was investigated before and after doping.

This study aimed to clarify the importance of ecological taxation in achieving sustainable development, by analyzing a set of economic measures such as taxes, taxes levied by the legislation in the field of ecology, to fight against pollution.       And we tried to evaluate this initiative in Algeria. The aim of this article, we define new iterative methods called three-step type in which Jungck resolvent CR-iteration and resolvent Jungck SP-iteration are discussed and study rate convergence and strong convergence in Banach space to reach the fixed point which is differentially solve of nonlinear equations. The studies also expanded around it to find the best solution for nonlinear operator equations in addition to the varying inequalities in Hilbert spaces and Banach spaces, as well as the use of these iterative methods to approximate the difference between algorithms and their images, where we examined the necessary conditions that guarantee the unity and existence of the solid point. Finally, the results show that resolvent CR-iter
