The present work aims to investigate the aerodynamic characteristics of the winglet cant angle of Boeing 737-800 wing numerically and experimentally. The wing contain two swept angles 38.3o and 29.13o respectively, taper ratio 0.15 and aspect ratio 8.04. The wing involves three types of airfoils sections. Four cant angles for blended winglet have been considered (0o, 34o, 60o, 83.3o). The winglet has been analyzed to find the best cant angle for the wing without and with winglet. These models have been tested theoretically at Reynolds number of 2.06 x106 in order to study the winglet aerodynamic characteristics which consist of coefficient of Drag, coefficient of lift and Lift to drag ratio, pitching moment coefficient and bending moment coefficient for (0o, 2o, 4o, 6o, 8o, 10o) angles of attack. SOLIDWORK 2016 software, was used to design the geometry of the wing and winglet. ANSYS FLUENT 17.0 in three dimensions with (k - ε) turbulent model was used to solve the governing equations. The experimental tests were carried out in an open low subsonic wind tunnel of 70cm × 70cm ×150cm test section at Reynolds number of 4.33 x105. The experimental lift, drag forces and pitching moment measurement were considered by three component balance device at different angles of attack. The results show that 34o cant angle is the best angle, at which 2-3% increase in lift coefficient, 2-3.9% decrease in drag coefficient, 3.5-6% increase in pitching moment coefficient and 3-6.6% increase in lift to drag coefficient by using blended winglet. Good agreement between the experimental and computational results are shown.
The survey showed sample opinions of officials in the general company for vegetable oils industry, and the statement of the order of the effect of these dimensions depending on the degree of importance, the questionnaire was used as a key tool in collecting data and information of the sample consisted of 30 officials, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, percentages, Spearman correlation coefficient and the global statistical analysis as a statistical methods that based on statistical program (SPSS), The researcher came to several conclusions, most important that there is high agreement by the respondents of the importance of the dimensions of building a mental picture of the company and to attract the consumer's attention, Also research

This research paper presents a standard economic study. This study aims to build an economic standard form of the investment effect in Human Capital on Economic Growth in Algeria. The study showed that there is an inverse relationship between the investment and human capital. This is expressed by expending on education and economic growth. This contradicts with the economic theory. Such matter could be explained by that expending on education does not contribute in the economic growth. This refers to that the education sector result does not employee or save jobs. Thus, it does not contribute in growth; in addition, the Algerian economy depends on petrol in the first class. This means the ab

Objectives: The aim of this study was to assess the effect of the local application of bupivacaine on reducing early postoperative pain following IMTM surgery. Material and methods: A prospective, single-blinded, randomized controlled study was conducted on 40 patients who had undergone the surgical removal of an IMTM under local anesthesia. In the study group (n = 20), absorbable gelatin sponge (AGS) soaked in 3 mL of 0.5% plain bupivacaine hydrochloride was locally applied in the post-extraction socket. In the control group (n = 20), AGS soaked in 3 mL of normal saline was used. Pain intensity was assessed using a pa

The impact of different preservation procedures, including formalin fixation, ethanol preservation, and freezing, on the morphometric traits of fish preserved in museum specimens is tested in three different cichlid species: Oreochromis aureus (Steindachner, 1864), Coptodon zillii (Gervais, 1848), and Oreochromis niloticus (Linnaeus, 1758). The primary goal was to determine morphometric differences resulting from these procedures and identify correction values to reconstruct the original dimensions of the body. Our results support that shrinkage of morphological variables, such as total length (TL), standard length (SL),and head length (HL), is present in the three methods tested, depending on species, measurement, and treatment. Since the measurement of α-amylase activity is the most widely used biochemical test for the diagnosis of pancreatic and non pancreatic disease , therefore serum α-amylase were studied in the present study in an attempt to evaluate the usefulness of this enzyme in the diagnosis of celiac disease and its relationship with anti gliadin IgA and IgG and serum glucose . Thirty one patients with celiac disease were studied and compared with twenty four healthy individuals . Significant elevation of α-amylase activity , glucose and anti gliadin IgA and IgG were observed in the sera of patients with celiac diseas

The World Health Organization (WHO), ) recommended reducing the intake of cholesterol and saturated fats. On the other hand, limited evidence is available on the benefits of vegetables in the diet to reduce these risk factors, so this research was conducted to compare the hypolipidemic effect between the extracts of two different types of Iraqi peppers, the fruit of the genus Capsicum traditionally known as red pepper extract (RPE), and Piper nigrum as black pepper extract (BPE), respectively, in different parameters and histology of the liver of the experimental animals. The red pepper was extracted by ethyl acetate, while the black pepp

Diagnosed key is provided for fourth stage larvae of the mosquito species that belong to subfamily Culicinae which they collected from the south of Iraq; these species were: Culiseta subochrea Edward, Aedesdorsalis Meigen, Ae. caspius Pallas, Culexpipiens L., and Cx. quinquefasciatus Say. The investigation was proved by a brief morphological description, and the main characters were illustrated.
