The study includes preparation and characterisation of mixed azo-linked Schiff-base and DTCs ligands and their complexes. The starting material was isolated from the mixing of naphthyl amine diazonium salt with 2-aminophenolein a 1:1 mole ratio in water. In this work, the formation of azo-linked Schiff-base and DTCs ligands are reported. Ligand of the azo-linked Schiff-base was achieved by the reaction of starting material with 4-(dimethylamino)benzaldehyde) (HL1). The DTCs was isolated by the reaction of (C6H5)2NH with carbon disulphide in potassium hydroxide (L2). The complexes were prepared by mixing the azo-linked Schiff-base ligand and DTCs ligand with the metal salts; CoII, NiII, ZnII and CdII in a 1:1:1 mole ratio. Ligands and complexes were characterised by analytical and spectroscopic analyses including; microanalysis, chloride content, thermal analysis, magnetic susceptibility for complexes, conductance, FTIR, UV-Vis and 1H-NMR spectroscopy. Physico-chemical techniques indicated complexes demonstrated four and six coordinate structures in the solid and solution state. Biological activity of the ligands and their metal complexes were screened for their antimicrobial activity against four bacterial species (Escherichia coli and Enterobacter Gram - ve, (Bacillus stubtilis and Staphylococcus aureus Garam + ve.

One of the scientific education aims, preparing a student able to keep up with the scientific developments and innovations around him and make him contribute, adapt, investment and continue development. The concepts of nanotechnology from scientific innovation open up an important area of thinking and intervention in the field of chemistry applications in daily life, the technological changes lead to social, political and economic changes which result that the students to have the knowledge, understanding, awareness, appreciation and sense in applications of modern technology for their use optimally, in order to cope with these scientific and technological changes. The research aims at finding out the correlation between the acquisi

The researchers used the one-group experimental approach for its suitability to the nature of the study problem, and the research sample was from first-class referees in the Iraqi Premier League for the sports season (2022/2023), and their number was (15) referees. They took the comprehensive enumeration method, and special tests were conducted on them in the stadium and the private hall at the Ministry of Youth and Sports Center. Because it is unique from other events, it has characteristics that distinguish it from other events, despite it being a middle-distance event, which shares with them that its speed is measured by the step, which consists of the length of the step and its frequency. One of them is a novel titled "Plague" written by the French writer Alber Kamo, the second is a poem of the Iraqi poetess Nazik Al-Malaekah. The research reflects a contrastive study of the war vision in the two works as both writers used science to serve literature by using Epidemic as a metaphor to refer to the dangers that the societies faced.
The problem of the present research lies in answering the question about the reason that makes the two writers use metaphor while narrating the issues of the society instead of mentioning them directly and illuminate what implications do the narrative style of Epidemic story have and
