These researches have shown the magnitude of the influence that culture exerts on all human extensions and spaces. Rather, the conviction of many thinkers, researchers and specialists in the comprehensiveness of this influence is such that it is used as a starting point and perspective to explain the various aspects, manifestations, problems and practices. According to these perceptions, a man carries a cultural mind that is slowly formed throughout the young years of a man’s life and is completed upon reaching the age of maturity. Therefore, it has become evident in the behavioral, social and human sciences to acknowledge the multiplicity of human thought patterns as a natural result of the different cultures of peoples and societies.

In this paper, a Cholera epidemic model is proposed and studied analytically as well as numerically. It is assumed that the disease is transmitted by contact with Vibrio cholerae and infected person according to dose-response function. However, the saturated treatment function is used to describe the recovery process. Moreover, the vaccine against the disease is assumed to be utterly ineffective. The existence, uniqueness and boundedness of the solution of the proposed model are discussed. All possible equilibrium points and the basic reproduction number are determined. The local stability and persistence conditions are established. Lyapunov method and the second additive compound matrix are used to study the global stability of the system.

The research adresses the growing importanc of AI in enhancing administrative efficieney, communication transparency, and stakeholder engagement. Adopting a descriptive research design, the study relied on an electtonic questionnaire distributed to PR profesionals across various ministries and government bodies, collecting 100 valid responses. The current study aimed to isolate and diagnose the fungi associated with the inflammatory bowel disease patients with 150 samples distributed between 50 samples from Crohn's patients and 50 samples from ulcerative colitis patients, 50 control from Al-Kindy Al Teaching Hospital in Baghdad, Baghdad.
