Photodetector based on Rutile and Anatase TiO₂ nanostructures/n-Si Heterojunction

Background: Biologically active substances, such as Cathepsin B (CAB) which is a lysosomalcystein protease may be involved in periodontal metabolism in the degradation of organic bone matrix containing collagen fibers in response to mechanical stress from orthodontic appliance. The aims of study were to determine and compare salivary levels of CAB, pH as well as clinical periodontal parameters (Plaque index PLI and gingival index GI) with different orthodontic force magnitudes at different time intervals. In this paper the specific activity of 238U, 232Th and 40K
radionuclides were determined by sodium iodide enhanced by
thallium NaI(Tl) detector and assessment the annual effective dose
in samples of powder milk from different companies such as
Almunaish, Seven Caw, Molty and Altunsa for adult available in
Baghdad markets. The specific activity of 40K has the greater value in
all the samples which is in the range of allowed levels globally that
suggested by UNSCEAR. The mean value of annual effective doses
were 0.121, 0.314775 and 0.305 mSv/y for 238U, 232Th and 40K
respectively.

     The problem in the design of a cam is the analyzing of the mechanisms and dynamic forces that effect on the family of parametric polynomials for describing the motion curve. In present method, two ways have been taken for optimization of the cam size, first the high dynamic loading (such that impact and elastic stress waves propagation) from marine machine tool which translate by the roller follower to the cam surface and varies with time causes large contact loads and second it must include the factors of kinematics features including the acceleration, velocity, boundary condition and the unsymmetrical curvature of the cam profile for the motion curve.

ABSTRACT The present study was conducted to determine the mode of presentation of hypothyroidism in pediatric patients and the effects of timing of diagnosis and therapy on the patient’s outcome. The study involved review and evaluation of the medical records of 41 registered patients in the Endocrine clinic of Children Welfare Teaching Hospital in Baghdad during the period from January 1991 to July 2007.
