Identify the psychological impact of the pacification program with the use of herbs is applied to some physiological variables among the badminton players. The study was conducted on players badminton's (12) player and use the experimental method using a calm mental using herbs, then recognize that the players affected by the situation of tension before the game and program prepared contains many relaxation exercises (deep breathing exercises, relaxation exercises, physical exercises massage) with the use of medicinal herbs sedative after identifying the physiological effects are under study (Black Lafracin, Plantago Sinani big ,altarjan) where given one cup of herbs before the program (30) minutes. The researcher concluded: After application of the program that the experimental group used the program myself was the best diet in functional variables. The researcher recommends: apply the program to other sporting events with other medical Herbs used on variables other Vslgih.
The study aims to identify the extent the academics in colleges of applied sciences are familiar with the themes of the national strategy of education 2040 in the Sultanate of Oman. The researchers used the descriptive approach, as well as they adopted a questionnaire with five dimensions as a tool for data collection, which was applied to (120) academics. The results of the study found that there is a statistically significant relationship between accounting Conservatism and Persistence of earnings. The relationship is inverse with no statistically significant relationship between Conservatism and earnings volatility.

n-Hexane conversion enhancement was studied by adding TCE (Trichloro-ethylene) on feed stream using 0.3%Pt/HY zeolite catalyst. All experiments were achieved at atmospheric pressure and on a continuous laboratory unit with a fixed bed reactor at a temperature range 240-270◦C, LHSV 1-3h-1, H2/nC6 mole ratio 1-4.
By adding 435 ppm of TCE, 49.5 mole% conversion was achieved at LHSV 1h-1, temperature of 270ºC and H2/nC6 mole ratio of 4, while the conversion was 18.3 mol% on the same catalyst without adding TCE at the same conditions. The activation energy decreased from 98.18 for pure Pt/HY zeolite to 82.83 kJ/mole by adding TCE.
