ملخـــص البحــــث

    طبيعة البحث تهدف الى بيان دقة اختيار السياق القرآني لألفاظه فكل لفظة لايمكن ان يسد مسدها لفظ آخر وان كان مرادف له في الدلالة الا ان هناك من الفروق الدلالية الدقيقة بين تلك الألفاظ حتمّت على النص اختيار الفاظ  دون سواها وكيف ان للسياق الدور الاكبر في هذا الاختيار

The  present study  deals  with successive  stages  of  productive

operations happened to produce a production within each stage befo re it  moves to the next one. ll cou ld  be deduced that this study is an extension  to what bas  been mentioned  in (1 ) .ln  (I),  the  optimum distribution of  di!Terent jobs of  workers and  machines  in  the productive operations has been st ud ied whi le the study  invol ves the optimum schedule for the succession of these operations presuming that thay have already been distributed on machines and workers (2).A mathematical form has been put for this study to define the "Object.ive Function "

New series of metal ions complexes have been prepared from the new ligand [4-Amino-N-(5-methyl-isaxazol-3-yl)-benzenesulfonamide] derived from Sulfamethoxazole and 3-aminophenol. In-vitro biological activities of the free new H4L ( indole-7-thiocarbohydrazone) ligand and its Ni(II), Pd(II) , Pt(II), Cu(II), Ag(I), Zn(II) and Cd(II) complexes are screened against two cancerous cell lines, that revealed significant activity only for [Cu2Cl2(H4L)2(PPh3)2] after 72 h treatment by the highest tested concentrations. The Copper(I) complex was characterized by X-ray Crystallography and the NMR spectra, whereas it has been confirmed to have momentous cytotoxicity against ovarian, breast cancerous cell lines (Caov-3, MCF-7). The apoptosis-inducing properties of the Cu(I) complex have been investigated through fluorescence microscopy visualization, DNA fragmentation analysis and propidium iodide flow cytometry.

The present study aimed at shed light on the association between HLA-class I antigens (A, B and Cw) and brain tumours (meningioma and glioma) in the basis of their individual frequencies or two-locus association A total of 52 brain tumour patients were enrolled in this study, with an age range of 7-68 years.
