الغرض من البحث دراسة تأثير ادارة المعرفة (استراتيجية الشخصنة والترميز) في تحقيق التفوق الاستراتيجي في بيئة المصارف الاهلية العراقية ، وتم اعتماد منهج البحث الوصفي والتحليلي ، لذا اعتمد الباحث الفلسفة الوضعية وفق المنهج الاستنباطي لغرض اشتقاق فرضية البحث الاولى من الجانب النظري وتوصل البحث الى مجموعة من النتائج اهمها ان استراتيجية الشخصنة حققت تقدماً كبيراً في قدرتها على التأثير في التفوق الاستراتيجي بوصف

    في ظل الظروف العامة التي تمر بها المجتمعات وما تعانيه من ازمات تهدد كيانها ،ظهر مصطلح التعايش السلمي في الوسط السياسي فكتبت المفكرون عنه العديد من البحوث والدراسات، ولكن الباحث في الحضارة الإسلامي يجد جذوره في المجتمع الإسلامي، ومن أجمل ما حفظ لنا التاريخ عن ذلك رسائل  الإمام جعفر الصادق (عليه السلام ) إلى شيعته التي جسدت التعايش السلمي بكل معانيه  .

The heat and mass transfer coefficients of the indirect contact closed circuit cooling tower, ICCCCT, were investigated experimentally. Different experiments were conducted involving the controlling parameters such as air velocity, spray water to air mass flow rate ratio, spray water flow rate, ambient air wet bulb temperature and the provided heat load to investigate their effects on the performance of the ICCCCT.
