Mineral and sugar concentrations taken during matches and their effect on some physical and functional abilities of football players

Many athletes believe that it enhances the level of performance during training and competition, in addition to compensating for fluids during exercise when the levels of temperature and humidity in the atmosphere rise during the athlete's intensive training, as it increases the requirements for fluid compensation to avoid the risk of potential thermal disorders. If training continues for more than an hour causing fatigue, athletes are advised to drink carbohydrate drinks that quickly convert to glucose in the blood, while sodium should be included in the fluids consumed during exercise or matches that last more than (1-2 hours). The effect of drinking a drink containing 12% carbohydrates and electrolytes before each half of a simulated football match facilitates the maintenance of passing performance and improves the ability of high-intensity running in football academy players. This study aims to know the effect of mineral and sugar solutions with different mineral concentrations 2%-5% with a carbohydrate percentage of 10% in an amount of 500 ml of water on some physical abilities and functional indicators. The study was conducted on football academy players aged 15-16 years, where the research sample amounted to 20 players and they were divided into two groups for each group (n = 10 experimental 1 took 2% mineral salts and 10% sugar) (n = 10 experimental 2 took 5% mineral salts and 10% sugar) ) They were trained three training units per week and the field experiment was conducted on them by holding matches within the academy's football activity while they represented one of the teams. Effect of Sintering Temperature and Soaking Time on the physical and Dielectric Properties of BaTiO3 for Different Ba/Ti Ratio

Recent research has examined the improvement of physical and dielectric properties of BaTiO3 ceramic material by small addition of excess TiO2 or BaCO3. The prepared samples sintered at different temperatures and varying soaking time. The results show that increasing the sintering temperature within 1350°C and soaking time of 10 hrs give better electrical and physical properties, which indicate the reaction is complete at higher temperature and period.

Study the Effect of Cutting Parameters on Temperature Distribution and Tool Life During Turning Stainless Steel 316L

This paper is focused on studying the effect of cutting parameters (spindle speed, feed and depth of cut) on the response (temperature and tool life) during turning process. The inserts used in this study are carbide inserts coated with TiAlN (Titanum, Aluminium and Nitride) for machining a shaft of stainless steel 316L. Finite difference method was used to find the temperature distribution. The experimental results were done using infrared camera while the simulation process was performed using Matlab software package. In this research, the influence of the fermentation treatments and baking in Iraqi’s flour type (Ibaa 99, Al-rashed, Tamus, Abu-grabe) and Turkish flour type (Muaamel) on phytic acid was investigated. In whole wheat flour, the phytic acid was (1500, 1290, 1450, 1230, 1440 ( mg/ 100 g flour respectively, and the inorganic phosphorous was (29.18, 25.15, 23.89, 20.85, 22.83) mg/100 g flour respectively. The dough prepared from flour with a higher phytic acid content also contained higher amount of phytic acid. During fermentation, degradation of phytic acid occurred.
