تُعد فكرة الذكاء الاصطناعي من العلوم الحديثة التي ارتبطت بالإنسان منذ العقود الخمسة الماضية، وأصبحت السياسة الرقمية جزءاً لا يتجزأ من المجتمع لكونها تُستخدم في أغلب مجالات حياة الانسان. وهذا ما شجع صانعوا السياسات التكنولوجية الجديدة في التفكير بكيفية توظيفها لخدمة مصالحهم العليا السياسية والعسكرية، للتعزيز من قوتهم ونفوذهم، وغاضين النظر عن بذل الجهود للتفكير في تنظيمهم للذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي، ووضعهم للقيود التكنولوجية التي تحد من تعرض الدول للتهديدات العسكرية. حتى باتت بعض برامج الذكاء الاصطناعي تُستخدم كمنصة لمحتوى غير قانوني، وتخترق سلباً الجوانب العسكرية في الدولة، دون أن تحرص وتفكر الشركات في خطوات لمنع إساءة استخدام منصاتها.
Personal intelligence is thinking about an other person , understanding him, have sympathy and differentiation between people, and to appreciate their own point of view, with the sensitivity to their motives, behavior, and goals, so this intelligence involves dealing with a person or group of persons effectively and in normal or logical manner.
Emotions management is to achieve emotional balance by controlling the emotions continuously, self disciplining, keeping away from excitement sources, and dealing with bad situations in constructive way to achieve the psychological stability .
