Field trials were conducted at the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Ibn al-Haytham, University of Baghdad Iraq, during the 2023-2024 growing season to study the effect of vermicompost and aqueous extract of Conocarpus erectus leaves on the coriander plant (Coriandrum sativum L.). The experiment involved two factors: the first with two levels of vermicompost at 0 and 5 tons ha-1, and the second by spraying the aqueous extract of conocarpus plant leaves at 0, 10, 20, and 30 g L-1 concentrations. Different environmental and nutritional conditions were used to optimize biofilm formation using microtitre plate assay by P. aeruginosa.
