Acomparative Analysis of the Concept and Types of Homonyms in Russian and Arabic
...Show More Authors

Purpose of research: The purpose of the article is to conduct a comparative analysis of the concept and types of puns in the Russian and Arabic languages. The main focus is on identifying similarities and differences in the definition of a pun, as well as analyzing its various types in both languages. The purpose of the study is to understand how puns are used to achieve comic or semantic effect in different cultural contexts.

Methods: The study includes an analysis of literature providing information about puns in Russian and Arabic. For comparative analysis, methods were used to compare concepts, definitions and types of puns in both languages. The phonetic, semantic and syntactic aspects of the pun are considered, and cultural features are also taken into account.

Results: The study revealed similarities and differences in the understanding of puns in Russian and Arabic. Various types of puns are analyzed and the peculiarities of their use in both languages are revealed. Particular attention is paid to the phonetic, semantic and syntactic aspects of this stylistic figure.

Conclusion: The conclusion summarizes the results of the study. The main conclusions from the comparative analysis of puns in Russian and Arabic are highlighted, and key differences and similarities are highlighted. The importance of cultural characteristics for the perception and use of puns in each of the linguistic communities is emphasized. The conclusion also emphasizes the importance of research of this kind for linguistics and intercultural communication

OPTIMIZATION OF LEVOFLOXACIN REMOVAL FROM AQUEOUS SOLUTION USING ELECTROCOAGULATION PROCESS BY RESPONSE SURFACE METHODOLOGY
...Show More Authors

This study was aimed to investigate the response surface methodology (RSM) to evaluate the effects of various experimental conditions on the removal of levofloxacin (LVX) from the aqueous solution by means of electrocoagulation (EC) technique with stainless steel electrodes. The EC process was achieved successfully with the efficiency of LVX removal of 90%. The results obtained from the regression analysis, showed that the data of experiential are better fitted to the polynomial model of second-order with the predicted correlation coefficient (pred. R2) of 0.723, adjusted correlation coefficient (Adj. R2) of 0.907 and correlation coefficient values (R2) of 0.952. This shows that the predicted models and experimental values are in go

A Kinetic Study on Microwave- assisted Extraction of Bioactive Compounds from Rosmarinus Officinalis L
...Show More Authors

Due to the importance of the extraction process in many engineering and medical industries, in addition to great interest in medicinal plants, in this research, microwave-assisted extraction has been applied to extract some active compounds from Rosmarinus officinalis leaves.  The optimal extraction conditions were then determined by calculating the ratio and extraction efficiency. The process has also been described through kinetic study by applying five  kinetic models, the Hyperbolic diffusion model,  Power low model, the First order reaction  model, Elovich's model, and Fick's second law diffusion model and determining their compatibility with the studies operation, and determining the kinetic constants for each model. The result

Synthesis of CuO Nanoparticles from Copper(II) Schiff Base Complex: Evaluation via Thermal Decomposition
...Show More Authors

Copper oxide (CuO) nanoparticles were synthesized through the thermal decomposition of a copper(II) Schiff-base complex. The complex was formed by reacting cupric acetate with a Schiff base in a 2:1 metal-to-ligand ratio. The Schiff base itself was synthesized via the condensation of benzidine and 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde in the presence of glacial acetic acid. This newly synthesized symmetric Schiff base served as the ligand for the Cu(II) metal ion complex. The ligand and its complex were characterized using several spectroscopic methods, including FTIR, UV-vis, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, CHNS, and AAS, along with TGA, molar conductivity and magnetic susceptibility measurements. The CuO nanoparticles were produced by thermally decomposing the

SIMULATION OF OPTIMAL SPEED CONTROL FOR A DC MOTOR USING LINEAR QUADRATIC REGULATOR (LQR)
...Show More Authors

This paper describes DC motor speed control based on optimal Linear Quadratic Regulator (LQR) technique. Controller's objective is to maintain the speed of rotation of the motor shaft with a particular step response. The controller is modeled in MATLAB environment, the simulation results show that the proposed controller gives better performance and less settling time when compared with the traditional PID controller.

Efficacy of Autogenous Dentin Biomaterial on Alveolar Ridge Preservation: A Randomized Controlled Clinical Trial
...Show More Authors

Background. After tooth extraction, alveolar bone resorption is inevitable. This clinical phenomenon challenges dental surgeons aiming to restore esthetic and function. Alveolar ridge preservation can be applied to minimize dimensional changes with a new socket grafting material, an autogenous dentin graft, produced by mechanically and chemically processing natural teeth. This study assessed the safety and efficacy of using autogenous dentin biomaterial in alveolar ridge preservation. Materials and Methods. Patients with nonrestorable maxillary anterior teeth bounded by natural sound teeth were included in this study. After a detailed clinical and tomographic examination, eligible participants were randomly allocated into two groups
