The research aims to measure the impact of envy on job stress because the topic of envy represents a negative emotion that exists at all organizational levels, which may cause stress in the work environment.

In this paper we use the Markov Switching model to investigate the link between the level of Iraqi inflation and its uncertainty; forth period 1980-2010 we measure inflation uncertainty as the variance of unanticipated  inflation. This paper presents a numerical scheme for solving nonlinear time-fractional differential equations in the sense of Caputo. This method relies on the Laplace transform together with the modified Adomian method (LMADM), compared with the Laplace transform combined with the standard Adomian Method (LADM). Furthermore, for the comparison purpose, we applied LMADM and LADM for solving nonlinear time-fractional differential equations to identify the differences and similarities. Finally, we provided two examples regarding the nonlinear time-fractional differential equations, which showed that the convergence of the current scheme results in high accuracy and small frequency to solve this type of equations.

In this study, synthesised new ligand: potassium 2,2'-(quinoxaline-2,3- diyl)bis(1-phenylhydrazinecarbodithioate) (L). The ligand synthesised by reacting N1,N2-dip-tolyloxalamide as the starting material with CS2 and KOH to add the CS2 group and then with phenylendiammine to achieve (L). The ligand used in the synthesis of complexes with (CoII, NiII and CdII). The new ligand and its complexes characterised by FT-IR, UV-Vis, 1H, 13C-NMR, Mass spectroscopy, and elemental analysis, in addition to the above techniques were using magnetic moment, atomic absorption, chloride content, and melting point to describe the metal complexes.
