In this research, we present a nonparametric approach for the estimation of a copula density using different kernel density methods. Different functions were used: Gaussian, Gumbel, Clayton, and Frank copula, and through various simulation experiments we generated the standard bivariate normal distribution at samples sizes (50, 100, 250 and 500), in both high and low dependency. Different kernel methods were used to estimate the probability density function of the copula with marginal of this bivariate distribution: Mirror – Reflection (MR), Beta Kernel (BK) and transformation kernel (KD) method, then a comparison was carried out between the three methods with all the experiments using the integrated mean squared error. The nuclear level density parameter  in non Equi-Spacing Model (NON-ESM), Equi-Spacing Model (ESM) and the Backshifted Energy Dependent Fermi Gas model (BSEDFG) was determined for 106 nuclei; the results are tabulated and compared with the experimental works. It was found that there are no recognizable differences between our results and the experimental -values. The calculated level density parameters have been used in computing the state density as a function of the excitation energies for ⁵⁸Fe and ²⁴⁶Cm nuclei. The results are in a good agreement with the experimental results from earlier published work.

The research includes a clinical study of Arginase and its relation with uterine fibroid. The normal value of arginase activity in female serum was found to be (0.52 ± 0.02 IU/L) in healthy group at age (35-55) years. The study also showed a highly significant increase in arginase activity (7.99 ± 0.23 IU/L) in serum of uterine fibroid patients group at (35-55years) in comparison to healthy.The results also indicated a highly significant increase in the level of progesterone, estradiol, prolactin, peroxynitrite and malondialdehyde in patients group. While a highly significant decrease in concentration of adiponectin in patients group was found in comparison to healthy.
