The two terms"of fective intelligece and organizational intelligence" is it is the emotional intelligency and organizational intelligency"are considered as one of the contemporany terms which the various organizations started to function them in their activities to in crease their efficiency.

This study aims at examining those two terms and the possibility of their functioning them in one of the general organizations and the questionnaire is used as atool to gather information that are distributed on asample consists of (50)employees and selected randomly from various organizationl levels.

The present study aims at investigating the effect of “FLOW” strategy is a creative thinking strategy on developing EFL learners' writing achievements. The sample of the study was ninety Iraqi college students. Their performance was assessed on the pre and post achievement test in both experimental group 45 taught by “FLOW” strategy and control 45 taught traditionally. A test was designed and exposed to jury of experts for ascertaining its validity. The reliability coefficient of the test was 0.89 by using Cronbach Alpha Formula. Talking about the construction industry, they frequently characterized by risk, where most of the construction projects involved in the property being fraught with risks and uncertainty, and this is due to the complexity of the industry and the length of the project, and the large number of parties that have a relationship with them. The risks in the projects is a reality that can not be neglected or ignored or canceled, but must be managed properly and so transferred, distributed or transferred, and in any case be required to avoid the impact (if possible) or reduce the losses caused them to a minimum.
It is noted that the bulk of the claims between the contracting parties arising from those risks where those claims either extension
