The researcher is one of the workers in university sports student activities, as he noticed that there is a diversity in the use of leadership patterns among managers of student activities in Iraqi universities between one director and another, which leads to the impact of these leadership styles on performance, positive or negative, in the level of human relations and the achievement of results. The researcher adopted the descriptive method in the survey method with relational relationships. The research sample consisted of (184) sports coaches who represent (27) universities and governmental and private colleges. The study explores the use of ergative verbs in constructing clauses and their impact on the backgrounding of the agent's role in two selected short stories. Contrary to hypothesis No. 1, the research indicates that changes in sentence patterns don't affect the meaning of the process. One of the major environmental problems is the pollution of water and soilsby toxic
heavy metals.The aim of current study was estimatation the ability of Eclipta alba
plant for the removal of (Pb) from the polluted water by phytoremedation technique
and study the effect of a number of parameters(Pb concentration, contact time and
pHvalues). The plant showed higher removal efficiency (99.2%) after 7 days of
treatment at 50ppm.The best removal efficiency of Pb 98.95% at 100ppm was
occurred at pH7. The root ability to accumulate Pb was more than the shoot ability,
