The aim of the study is to identify the stage of both decentralized performance and organizational confidence with through those responsible the decentralized work of officials in organizing and managing local championships affiliated with the Iraqi Athletics Federation from their perspective. The study employed a descriptive approach using a correlational method on a sample of those managing local championships of the Iraqi Athletics Federation, including members , coaches, referees, and the president of the central administrative board, as well as the members and presidents of the subfederations for the sports (2020/2021).

A numerical method for the calculation of the three-dimensional wake rollup behind symmetric wings with ground effect and its aerodynamic characteristics for steady low subsonic flow have been developed. A non-planar quadrilateral vortex-ring method with vortex wake relaxation iterative scheme for lifting surfaces is obtained. A computer program was build to treat wings with breaks, span wise trailing edge flaps, local dihedral angle, camber, twist and ground effect. Forces and moments are obtained from vector product of local velocity and vortex strength multiplied by density. This study was aimed to evaluate the effect of conventional ingredients replacement with alternative ingredients on growth performance, carcass quality, nutrient digestibility and intestinal microbial of broilers. One hundred twenty Cobb500 broiler chicks were randomly assigned to four diets. Corn, soybean meal and fish meal were replaced with rice waste, meat and bone waste and black soldier fly larvae (BSFL) at 0, 10, 30 and 50% to form four treatments. Body weight gain, feed conversion ratio and digestibility of crude protein and fat were improved in broilers fed the replacement diets.
