The new symmetry pyromellitdiimide [VII]_a-c,n  were synthesized by two-step reactions from the corresponding pyromellitic dianhydride . A new symmetrical amic acid [VI]_a-c,n was synthesized by the reaction of pyromellitic dianhydride with different heterocyclic amines in dry acetone . The second reaction step includes  intramolecular cyclization of amic acid in the presence of  sodium acetate -acetic anhydride system at 85⁰C. Structures  of  the synthesized compounds have been ascertained by their melting points , C.H.N analysis , UV-Vis, FTIR and ¹HNMR spectroscopy.

Corrosion prevention at (293-323) K has been studied by using electrochemical measurements. It shows that the utilized inhibitors are of mixed type based on the polarization curves. Different thicknesseses of polycrystalline ZnTe films have been deposited on to glass substrates by vacuum evaporation technique under vacuum 2.1x10-5 mbar. The structural characteristics studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) showed that the films are polycrystalline and have a cubic (zinc blende ) structure. The calculated microstructure parameters revealed that the crystallite size increases with increasing film thicknesses. The PET/BaTio3 composite was prepared for polyethylene terephthalate PET polymer composite containing 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, and 60 wt. % from Barium titanate BaTi03 powder.
