شكلت التطورات التكنولوجية في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي الناجمة عن العولمة معلم رئيسي في تحولات التنظيمات الإرهابية، وإنتاج انماط جديدة من الإرهابيين والمتطرفين القادرين على التفاعل مع الثورة المعلوماتية والاتصالية. ان معظم الجرائم الإرهابية الإلكترونية مرتبطة بالإنترنت وهو المسرح المفضل للمتطرفين فالأول يقتل والثاني يسوغ ويحرض ويجند، والذي جعل الإنترنت وسيلة فعالة كونها سهلة الاستخدام وسريعة الوصول إلى الجمهور ورخيصة الثمن وساحة حرة بلا رقيب على ما يكتب ويشاهد. وعلى الرغم من أن الإرهاب الإلكتروني يعد واحداً من التهديدات الكبيرة لأمن المجتمع الدولي إلا ان التشريعات القانونية الدولية لمواجهته تعتمد على الإطار القانوني لمواجهة الإرهاب والجرائم التكنولوجية عموماً. ولا يوجد موقف دولي واضح ولا ضوابط او سوابق قانونية يمكن الاستناد إليها، أو حتى أتفاقية دولية واضحة شاملة حول الأمن الإلكتروني لتجريم المتطرفين والإرهابيين مستخدمي وسائل التواصل الأجتماعي .
Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine how well the Cubing Technique affects the Iraqi EFL students' composition writing, vocabulary, and meta-cognitive awareness of writing strategies. The sample of (64) secondary-school female students in the fifth grade is drawn from two classrooms and split into two equal groups: the experimental group and the control group, each of which consists of (32) students. This study aimed to determine obesity level of some population in Baghdad by using Bio-electrical impedance analysis (BIA) and compared with anthropometric measurements such as body mass index (BMI), waist circumference (WC) and waist-to-hip ratio (WHR). Statistical analysis results of linear correlation coefficients for obesity indicators showed that BIA correlation 0.92 was most significant and reliable for obesity measurement.

Faintly continuous (FC) functions, entitled faintly S-continuous and faintly δS-continuous functions have been introduced and investigated via a -open and -open sets. Several characterizations and properties of faintly S-continuous and faintly -Continuous functions were obtained. In addition, relationships between faintly s- Continuous and faintly S-continuous function and other forms of FC function were investigated. Also, it is shown that every faintly S-continuous is weakly S-continuous. The Convers is shown to be satisfied only if the co-domain of the function is almost regular.
