The study aimed to evaluate whether Enalapril has any effects on the testicular tissue of the albino male mice which received or did not receive treatment with Enalapril.

Mature mice were divided into three groups: control group which fed with 0.1mg of normal saline, the second group was orally fed with 10 mg/Kg of Enalapril drug while the third group was fed with 20 mg/Kg of drug, one time a day for 30 successive days by using gavage tube (0.1ml).  The histological sections were performed and the slides were examined using the light microscope.

Background: The emergence of multiple drug resistant (MDR) Mycobacterium tuberculosis (M.TB) and extensive drug resistant (XDR) M.TB lay huge burden on TB endemic countries such as Iraq.
Objectives: Bacteriophage (phage) therapy can be used as alternative approach to tackle this problem. Patients and methods: Forty isolates of M.TB were cultured from TB-positive sputum specimens with three ATCC strains. Phage passaging and biokinetic based techniques were used to optimize wild anti-M.TB phages. The present study aims to assess the knowledge, attitude, and experience of off-label prescribing practice among physicians in Baghdad city hospitals. This cross-sectional study was performed through the period from November 1^st 2018 to March 2019 at 17 hospitals, a self-administered questionnaire was utilized to collect data from the physicians, and the targeted hospitals were randomly selected at different regions in Baghdad City area.
