The isotretinoin drug is 13-cis-retinoic acid, is the treatment of severe acne and some skin cancers and used for dermatological conditions, this study was designed to detect the toxic role of the isotretinoin on the intrauterine development after implantation in albino mice during pregnancy. There are very little studies which indicating the side-effect of this drug on intra-uterine growth, so in the present research we tried to study the toxic effect of isotretinoin on the endometrial changes of uterus during the 2nd. and 3rd. trimester of gestation in pregnant mice after treatment with single chronic dose of the Isotretinoin drug (20 mg/B.wt) from first day of gestation until 21 days the last day of gestation.

Thirty females' albino mice with average body weight of 25-30gm and 10-14 weeks old were used to investigate the toxicity of the oral administration of ampiroxicam on liver. The animals were given (single dose) of drug and were divided into three groups (10mice / group), control group were given distilled water, the two remaining groups ( treated group2 were administered by 20 mg/kg of ampiroxicam for one month and treated group3 were administrated by20 mg/kg of ampiroxicam for tow month). The study aimed to evaluate whether Enalapril has any effects on the testicular tissue of the albino male mice which received or did not receive treatment with Enalapril.

Mature mice were divided into three groups: control group which fed with 0.1mg of normal saline, the second group was orally fed with 10 mg/Kg of Enalapril drug while the third group was fed with 20 mg/Kg of drug, one time a day for 30 successive days by using gavage tube (0.1ml).  The histological sections were performed and the slides were examined using the light microscope.

The purpose of this study was to examine the association of oral administration of Carbamazepine during pregnancy and the histological changes in the ovaries of mice. Timed-pregnant mice were divided into experimental and control groups. 60 mice in the experimental group received daily oral of 15 mg/kg of carbamazepine via intragastric tube on gestational days 0 to 18. 20 mice were used as control group.
