This is a research that deals with one of the topics of Arabic grammar, namely, the plural noun, and it is not hidden from the students the importance of grammatical topics in preserving the tongue from melody, and what it has of fundamental importance in knowing the graphic miracles of the Qur’an, and I called this research:

The present study aims to show the importance of ESL reading ability in acquiring English as a second language. The study involves 92 college students (males and females) from the Department of English at Nizwa College of Applied Sciences, Sultanate of Oman. They represent two groups, the foundation year students and the first year English majors. The study aims to identify the effectiveness of a structural theory-based training program in enhancing the teaching practices of Arabic language teachers teaching grade ten in South Al Batinah in Sultanate of Oman. The study used the quasi-experimental design, and the sample consisted of 40 male and female teachers.
