This study aims to examine the sources of organizational power prevailing among the academic leaders at the University of Tabuk from the faculty members’ viewpoint. في هذا العصر - الذي داهمت في الأخطار لغة الفصاحة والبيان - يبقى القرآن الكريم أعظم حافظ للغة السليمة ، وأكبر معين لأهلها للحفاظ على ثرائها وبلاغتها ، فهي باقية ببقائه ما بقي الليل والنهار .

وهذا البحث يدور حول حفظ القرآن الكريم وأثره على لغة الطفل، ويتكون من مقدمة : وفيها بيان أهمية الموضوع ، وخطة البحث ، ومنهجه، وثلاثة مباحث:

المبحث الأول : فضل حفظ القرآن الكريم ، وفوائد حفظه إجمالاً ، والمبحث الثاني :

أهمية البحث :-

 ان انبعاث هذه الامة من جديد لتعاود العطاء من معين النبوة ، ولتنقذ البشرية وتسهم ببناء الحضارة الانسانية، وتشارك في معالجة ازمة الحضارة المعاصرة سوف لايتاتى الا اذا كانت الامة في مستوى اسلامها كتاباً وسنة، وفي مستوى عصرها استيعاباً وتعليماً واعلاماً واتصالاً وحواراً ومشاركةً.

واذا كان انبعاث أي مجتمع مرهون بتوفير شروط وظروف الانبعاث الاولى، حيث لايصلح امر هذه الامة الا بما صلح

كثيرة هي الدراسات الحديثة التي تناولت بالبحث والتنظير موضوع التعايش السلمي ، إلا أن المتتبع للتراث يجد أن مبادئه وآلياته متوفرة في مصادر التاريخ . فالمجتمعات المكونة للحضارة العربية الإسلامية تمكنت من التعايش بسلام وتعاون واحترام بعيدا عن التفرقة والانحياز للجنس واللون والعرق والدين، لأنها تؤمن بالحوار الذي يبحث عن المشتركات بين خلائق الله كافة ، من أجل التعايش السلمي الذي يحقق الأمان والتطور والتعاو
