Wet smear and Giemsa stain are the current methods used in hospital to diagnosis trichomoniasis. Aquatic oligocheates, was used as a bioindicator to assess the sediment quality of Al-Hindyia and AL-Abbasyia river (branches of Euphrates River in Iraq).
