Ali Şir Nevai’nin vücuda getirdiği edebi Çağatayca, edebi ve canlı bazı Türk şivelerinin işlenmesinden ve kaynaşmasından hasıl olmuştur. Bu gün bu dilin
fonetik bünyesi hakkında, en çok bilgi veren, yine Nevai’nin kendisidir. Onun―Muhakeemet-ül-luğateyn‖ adlı eseri, bu bakımından büyük bir değer taşımaktadır.Bu eserinde Nevai, bir taraftan Türk dilinin Farsçaya üstünlüğünü ispata kalkışken, bir taraftan da kendi Türkçesinin fonetik ve morfolojik özelliklerini belirtmiştir. Abstract:
Through the research, I have briefly discussed the life of Imam Ali and
indicated the interpretation of the Qur'an by language and terminology, the
importance and characteristics of Sahabas', may Allah be pleased with them,
interpretation of the Qur'an. Also, the sayings of Imam Ali, wich included the
explanatory interpretation of the Qur'an by the Qura'n, Sunnah, language, and
correct opinion. I have also indicated the reasons of the Quran's revelation
and the readings of the Qura'n that had been received from him including the
interpretive meaning these readings revealed. Finally, I concluded my
research with the most important results and recommends.

The sciences related to the Book of God are many, and the benefits of every science in it are abundant, and among those sciences is the science of readings, which is for the sake of science and the most honorable, due to its strong attachment to the Book of God Almighty.
